Research interest

Igneous Petrogenesis and Geochemistry;

Recent study focus on the source and petrogenesis of Mesozoic granitoid rocks, gold mineralization and deformation in the eastern North China Craton and their relationship to lithospheric thinning;

In-situ trace element, isotope and U-Pb age analysis of accessory minerals.

Courses

●  Analytical Geochemistry

An introduction to some traditional analytical techniques in geochemistry, which can be applied to Earth and environmental materials. Topics include major element, trace element and isotopic analytical methods for geological samples, together with a critical appreciation of their relative merits and limitations.
